All the wild mushrooms we sell are harvested by hand from the New Forest by an experienced team of local pickers who sort, grade, weigh, clean and pack to each customer’s specification. In addition, we supply a range of exotic cultivated mushrooms, which are either refrigerated or blast-frozen and imported from Europe, to meet the year-round needs of chefs and their clientele.
